Utility Billing

APPLY FOR SERVICE

To open a new account, submit the completed Utilities Application and required documents to the Utilities Department by any of the methods below:


- By Mail: 1 South Allapaha Avenue, Davenport Florida 33837 

- In Person: City Hall/Water Department offices at 1 South Allapaha Avenue

- Via Email: utilityservices@mydavenport.org 

 

Please contact the Utilities counter at (863) 419-3300 for deposit amount. Water will not be turned on until payment is received in full

 

Required Documents:

  • Driver's License or Photo ID
  • Closing documents
  • If renting, Executed Lease Agreement. Please bring owner's information with you: name, mailing address, and phone number.

 

 

DISCONNECT SERVICE

If you are moving and need to disconnect your water service with the City of Davenport, please call 863-419-3300.

METHODS OF PAYMENTS

Pay by Phone

Call (877) 387-7097 to pay your bill by phone through Point and Pay. Please have your account number and a valid credit card ready when calling. A convenience fee will apply.

Pay Online

Citizens are now able to pay bills online. 

Pay in Person

Pay your bill in person at the Utility counter at City Hall located at:

1 South Allapaha Avenue
Davenport, Florida 33837

 

The counter is now accepting credit cards for utility payments and deposits, occupational licenses, building permits, and contractor registrations; fees apply.

Drop Payment in Box

Drop your payment in the stainless steel box located in the public parking lot outside City Hall. The drop box is emptied several times during the day, Monday - Friday. Payments placed in the box after 5pm, may not be posted until the next business day.

Automatic Withdrawal

You can have your payment automatically deducted each month from your checking or savings account. The deductions occur on or about the 1st of each month. Follow the prompts when paying your bill online to establish this service.
