Agendas & Minutes

The City invites and welcomes all to participate in providing opening invocations for the City Commission at their Regular Meetings. The opening invocation will be performed by a volunteer selected from those persons who have completed and returned an invocation volunteer form. One volunteer will be selected for each regular meeting of the City Commission to provide the opening invocation based on the order in which the volunteer forms were received. The list of those volunteers who have submitted forms and are not selected for the next regular meeting will be rolled forward to the next regular meeting in the order the volunteer forms were received. Volunteers will be notified by the method requested in the volunteer form at least one week prior to the meeting at which they will be invited to provide the invocation.
